*Call to Worship Responsive Reading, Psalm 71:1-6,14-15
Leader: In you, O Lord, we have taken refuge; let us never be ashamed. In your righteousness, rescue us and deliver us; turn your ear to us and save us.
All: Be my strong rock of refuge to which I can always go; give the command to save me, for you are my rock and my fortress.
Leader: For you have been our hope, O Sovereign Lord, our confidence since birth. You brought each of us forth from our mother’s womb, knowing us fully, setting us apart. We will always praise you.
All: We will always have hope, praising you more and more. Our mouths will tell of your righteousness and of your salvation all day long.

Call to Confession
Unison Prayer of Confession
God of Unlimited Love, forgive us for the many ways, we limit your message of hope, freedom, and healing; for all the ways we fail to proclaim and enact your love. We look into the mirror, expecting to see your reflection, but the image is dim; we cannot see clearly who you call us to be. We repent of self-interest and pride, of jealousy and envy, of anger and strife. We call upon your grace to expand the boundaries of our love, that we may share the Good News of your kingdom with all people. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Silent Prayer of Confession
Assurance of Pardon Pastor
This is the time of God's favor: God's grace continues to proclaim release to the captives, Good News to the poor, and freedom to the oppressed. We live as loved, forgiven, and free people through the grace of God and the righteousness of Jesus Christ our Lord! Hallelujah! Amen.
